Lizzie Salsich (she/her)

Lizzie Salsich is a group facilitator with over a decade of experience in skillfully and lovingly guiding people into deeper connection with themselves, their Divine Source, and the world around them. She has a certificate in Contemplative Spiritual Direction, a background in yoga and other sacred movement practices, and a deep devotion to the Sacred Feminine. She currently hosts small group spiritual companionship circles as well as regular workshops on embodied spiritual practices, weaving song, embodiment, and prayer into vibrant and nourishing collective containers. She comes to Sophia Rising as a friend and supporter, community member and weaver, fellow spiritual traveler, lover of God/Goddess, singer, and more.
